CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We hope you’ll be happy with your Dogs Rule! items but know that sometimes they may be defective. If they are, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know.
We are pleased to offer a no-quibble cancellation policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights.
Should your purchase disappoint in any way, you may normally cancel your purchase provided you notify us before, or within 14 days after delivery. Your product must be complete, unused and in “as new” condition (e. g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Garments or products that are printed with custom or bespoke designs are not eligible under our cancellation policy unless the product, print, embroidery or any other embellishments are defective. (This does not affect your Statutory Rights.)
IS YOUR ITEM FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, our customer services team are here to help. You can reach them on 03330 145 973 or email@example.com. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only accept refund applications up to 14 days after purchase. After 14 days you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
